Early Support Improvement Manifesto

Any plan for radical international change needs a manifesto. Can you help write it?

My first thoughts:

  1. Early support in any city, region or country must make preschool education as available as is education/schooling for older children.

  2. Early support must be free.

  3. Preschool education must offer education for parents about how to bring up their child when they ask for help.

  4. Early support must promote inclusion of both child and family in local educaion and social facilities.

  5. Thes children and families have a right to a trained dedicated work force.

  6. Whenever possible the education practitioner must go to the child/family and not the other way round.
